On July 15, 2016 the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 05.01.2016 N 352-З on introduction of amendments and additions to some of the laws of the Republic of Belarus on legal protection of trademarks and service marks (hereinafter - the Law), which adjusted the legislation in the sphere of use of trademarks and service marks (hereinafter – the trademark), will enter into force.
